Late Appeal to Excel Parking Rejected

Thank you both, I have been trying to read up on the whole thing (fun Friday night) and it does seem I've just got to hope they get bored and take it no further. I'm guessing there's a lot more DCP letters to come though.
Umkomaas - thanks for your input, though your two points conflict slightly. Are you suggesting I continue to try and engage with Excel but ignore DCP? Or just hold tight and wait until a LBA/LBCCC or MCOL arrives?
I was kicking myself for not appealing sooner, but I guess if they are now using IAS I wouldn't have been much, if any better off.0 -

I don't post points of conflict!
I said there were 2 schools' of thought - you need to decide to follow either point 1, or if you think point 2 is the better option, go with that instinct. There is insufficient evidence yet available to us to recommend a clear, easy and totally successful way forward with IPC operators.
A further reminder of what I actually said in support of my earlier statements:There really is no right or wrong way of dealing with this; opinion here is split
There's no silver bullet available to get rid of the problem you have. It needs to be worked on and you need to make decisions.
Forum advice on debt collectors is absolutely unequivocal (see NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4).Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This article is good reading regarding ADR.

The conclusion I have come to is,
POPLA is a good ADR model
The IPC does not qualify for that certification by the very nature of it's public statements which are all about the protection of landowner interests which in reality is a thin veil about PPC's interests.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0 -
You also might get one from Small Claims Solicitors, this is also DRP.0

No ADR that is 100% funded by the PPCs and their trade body in an unregulated industry is a good model, in my opinion. Better than IPC/IAS certainly.0 -
At least POPLA use the law as it stands and not go into the realms of fantasy as can some members of the judiciary.REVENGE IS A DISH BETTER SERVED COLD0
