Hi All
Just wanted some advice on renting a property,I'm in the process of moving from my current home to a New swanky apartment with a friend !!
I'm concern about the credit check that they do and not passing it .. I have no missed payments on my file for around 5 years but have one default witch will drop of in September and wonder if this would affect me I have about 3k owing on credits card but is all manageable .
Don't want to end up paying out 200 pounds in fees and getting nothing in return 😱😱
Thanks

I'm sure I read on here that they can only see ccj's and bankruptcies on their checks, just publicly available information....Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0
