We use Plusnet as our ISP and 1&1 as our mail host (is that the right word)
We use Thunderbird from our laptops and I also use K9 from my phone.
Mrs also uses the generic mail apps for her Android Tablet and her iPhone
All are set to POP3
Earlier this month we had aol blocking our address with a 'RLY:B1' error
Sometimes when we send to our insurance company in Cyprus, we get SORBS blocking us.
Often recently, we seem to have emails being sent but not arriving for no apparent reason, with no error messages at all.
I would really like to get to the bottom of this but it's rather confusing.
Any thoughts??

Yep, that's me
And here too - http://www.easterncyprus.com/viewtopic.php?t=82101
Of course I can use another mail especially for the SORBS nonsense, but I would quite like the system that I have had for the last 6 (?) years to work correctly.0 -
Looks like an issue with 1&1 keep getting itself on the SORBS blacklist, have you taken this up with 1&1 ?

Yes, several times - the SORBS problem is occasional and gets reported to us.
It's the 'sent but not delivered' ones that are bugging us.0 -
my 1and1 mail has been screwed for months, all of my mail through 1and1 goes into the 1and1 spam folder even though I have no spam filter turned on.0
