refund on barclays account

Just been cold called 3 times by company telling me i can get a refund on my barclays additions account. Obviously the company wants s 33% slice if im successful but ive not heard of this before and i like my barclays account i use the travel insurance and the breakdown cover. Is it legit

If you have been using the benefits that the account provides then I seriously doubt that you can claim a refund.

Refunds are usually for people who didn't know what they were paying for and who had no need for the additional benefits provided.
