Can I filter out classified ads on Ebay

My wife is looking for a car.When she keys in the particulars on ebay she is overwhelmed with classified listings that are well out of her price range.Is it possible to filter these out and just leave the auction listings and the buy it nows??

afraid not, I've tried to find a solution to this problem too but to no avail, those classifieds are a damn pain in the bottom0

When you search, you will have 4 tabs at the top. The default is to show all adverts although you can then choose to show only auction, BIN or classified adverts.0

eBay get rid of 'Pre-approved bidding' which dominated the Motors section & introduce 'Classified Ads' which is worse but at least it can be filtered out0
