That seems so much more to the point. I might add that as my first parapragh to my second letter draft. Or do you think its just as effective sending your reply only.0 -
the real question is , do you want to try and win using a single point appeal ?
if so, then something like the above would suffice
most people dont want to take the chance so also add the other legal arguments like not a gpeol , no contract , poor signage etc
