PPI success

Many thanks to all on here. I've just received a very nice cheque from Lloyds for credit card PPI. I had intended to use a claims company until I saw this site so I think you've saved me over 10K in fees! I'm on a roll now. Can anyone tell me the earliest PPI was applied by Lloyds to loans and mortgages. I had 4 property loans during the 1980s. Any examples from that period would be much appreciated.

Do you have any evidence of the loans back then (statements, loan agreements)? That will be the sticking point for claims going that far back
