I have been trying to top up my Pay as You Go Mobile.
Spoke to Orange and there are Technical Problems which will not allow this on system even though they have my Debit Card details.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Nope, dumped Orange (EE) last year and it was the best descision I ever made. Utter shower of a company.Science isn't exact, it's only confidence within limits.0

I have just seen online and found that top up has not been available to many PAYGO Customers for at least a week…
Even the Call centre could not understand why they could not topup with my Debit Card.
I use Orange for unlimited texts at only 7.50 per month and use my Landline for calls.
Unless I could find a similar deal without changing my old phone I am stuck with them.0 -
We told EE their website wasn't working right a couple of weeks ago, were on the phone for hours & spoke to six different people. They said they'd get back to us.
Still waiting.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
I rang today and entered my mobile number.
I chose the option of speaking to someone but was cut off twice.
Yesterday I spoke to Customer Service and they tried to top up with my Debit Card.
They did not even know of any problems and said they would call me back.
I too am still waiting.
Now looking for another PAYGO and so relieved I do not have a Contract with Orange.0 -
TopUp is back but I will change to Asda when credit used as they have a better deal and hopefully more reliable.0

I have 2 ancient phones that have both been used for Orange PAYG.
How can I check if they can only be used for Orange?
I do not want to purchase a new mobile.0 -
