I don't know what then? There is no record whatsoever of Capital One on my credit report. I have previously tried to contact Capital One but that seems to be impossible. It's such a struggle to get at them? I'm kinda lost now................... dunno what to do next..............

do you live in a flat/
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

If they aren't reporting to your credit files about your account conduct I'd suggest writing a letter to the Complaints Team as addressed here:

    http://www.capitalone.co.uk/support/faqs-complaints.jsf

I made a complaint last year about Arrangements to Pay on my credit files and they responded quickly.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

My capital one reports on my experian report and I have only had it about 3 weeks, not sure about my equifax one as my noddle report hasn't been updated yet, I am hoping it updates on all three though so I can build a history with them all.

Capital One report to all according to this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2419785

They definitely report to Noddle as I get a monthly report from them and Capital One are on it.

Give them a bit longer to sort the reporting out. They report mine on the last day of the month.
