Well I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life not only from sales consultants managers but directors from Wrens.
I bought £4000 worth of bedroom furniture from wrens and in the past 2 years Iv been past from pillar to post no one wants to know that their furniture was not fit for purpose from day 1.
I bought mirrored doors that I was told at time of sale that they would have springs and brushes like ones in shop, Iv now been told 2 years later that what I have is not the same item that I thought I was buying (this was from the sales advisor that visited my house to take pictures)
I bought apparently high quality drawers that the bottom of them have fallen out
I then bought for an other bedroom 15 drawers that are not in line with each other in any shape or form the handles are fallen of and the backs of them are off
After 2 years Iv managed to get Armando Sanchez mobile number and when I called him he told me that I would get a telephone call back which I did and they were going to rectify my issues, now 2 weeks later Iv been yet again passed from pillar to post and received an email from a managing directors office, I was lost for words , So as I told them I am broadcasting this everywhere possible so that as many people as possible can see this customer care that wrens you get from wrens after you spend £4000 on their furniture.

The email I received was from Jackie Bartlett Directors Office Team

stating she had receive the visit report from James Burnett who reported

1: back panel popped staples loose. My opinion is that something fell down back of drawer and it was forced by customer
2: various drawers misaligned which is done due to mis-use of the product
3, pic 5 middle drawer runner sticking out of line. Drawer runner needs replacing as it is faulty, I will order this for you
4, drawer box bottom panel popped from back rail. cant confirm if over filled or product failure, I will order this for you
5, plastic trim of handle loose,
product failure so we will order this for you

the mirror doors are down to installation not product

The above was exactly how I received an email from a Directors office

Now no acknowledgement of time no apologises not a professional email nothing just accusations that this was down to my fault of mis use of products , been told that the mirror doors were installed wrong nothing to do with being mis sold

So I will be broadcasting this everywhere in social media and on-line while discussing this with television companies as have also contacted watchdog to confirm the disgusting after-care the company have after getting money with incorrect guarantees , I will also be in contact with trading standards everyone and anyone that will advertise this because no one should ever be taken for granted for this is down to furniture not fit for purpose and when this company have your money they do not care, I have spent several days hours out of my own life to try and rectify this but nothing, so I will not stop until I know that many of thousands have read this and for them never to buy from wrens

The furniture out of BM BARGINS would be in better condition and last longer

I never went out to buy I went for a look as I do and loved the bedroom furnature and ended up buying on spot . ... With huge regrets only if I knew

How on earth do you mis-use drawers?? And 15 of them??

I have a cheapo IKEA chest of drawers in my sons room, and even he has managed to keep them looking nice despite leaning on them etc...

Stop phoning, and put everything in writing. If needs be, get your own independent furniture person to do a written report, them bill for this along with giving them a deadline by which you want everything fixed.

I honestly cannot believe them , I don't understand how they get away with it... No responses to text phone calls or emails... If they think I'm calling their bluff they are in for a big shock ... The total of 22 drawers I have bought ... With wrong wardrobe doors ... But it's my mis use.. They say ... I have OCD ... So I defanetly can not imagine me or even anyone mis using furnature of any sort at £4000 ..
