Repeated tries fail. I'm using coach to Twickenham and back on Saturday - National Express. Have often done this before, no probs. Book and pay online, print out ticket here. I enter card details, hit NEXT, processing msg appears, fades and nothing more happens. Next page is blank Any ideas please?

    What browser you using ?

Try the nat express app on a smart phone if you have 1 or a tablet.

Give 1 of the other browsers a try.

Thankyou DCFC79 - Were life long enough, pages could be filled with the probs I've had over years in this connectivity notspot. Time without number espresso, bod and others have come along to help. Under their guidance/advice, I got rid of loathed chrome, went to mozilla firefox with NoScript alert several months ago. It's been a great improvement until now. New symptom - suddenly cannot sign in to Guardian. I have it on tap/toolbar. Am being told to sign in although all info's showing and can't go any fuirther. Is it all part of same? # I now see para. spacing as typed has not carried to post. Trying again.

Hasn't worked. Can also add that hitting Thanks button merely bounces me up to top of page - another new thing. What on Earth is going on?

Now this, when trying to open email: Access Denied Description: You are not allowed to access the document you requested. Very few key commands are working.e.g. bold/ underline/ italics / spacing / paras/ etc. For this reason I apologise in advance for the crammed text.

So have you tried a different browser or not?

Of course, if Noscript stops javascript from running it's no surprise the internet doesn't work for you.

Please help me to re-do javascript. I cannot follow the steps given from google. Instructions here[beware: they will just be a block of text atm] Mozilla Firefox In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter. Click "I'll be careful, I promise" if a warning message appears. In the search box, search for javascript.enabled [BUT IT ISN'T THERE, SO I COME TO A HALT] Toggle the "javascript.enabled" preference (right-click and select "Toggle" or double-click the preference) to change the value from "false" to "true". Click on the "Reload current page" button of the web browser to refresh the page.

I've had problems with Firefox and tried various troubleshoots. Yesterday I had an epiphany and reset my hosts file using MS 'fixit'. Now all is well.

Cookie and others - all attempts to follow all your advice, fix, post for 6hrs today have failed. I have managed to pay for fare via i/e, copy it in m/works. and print it. Printable version showed only as 7 pages of unformatted keystroke explosion. Still can't access emails, or 'signed in' guardian/beeb etc, nor can I alter location e.g. for local weather.
