    Don't worry about Thrug, he spends all day selecting snippets of peoples' posts and taking them out of context. Best to put him on the ignore list.

    Just to update, the EA had heard from the vendor yesterday but decided not to get back to me (rejected but it was 1st offer).

    Is it so hard to make a polite phonecall? This is why people hate estate agents.

    As the old saying goes, never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence...

    A lot of agents (well, people in general) just don't give a toss...
