hello all,
I have a epsom printer. the LCD screen keeps showing a red message "paper jam" but dispite looking for the jammed paper in the scanning unit, i cant find the problem. any suggestions?

Turn it upside down and shake it ... something (paperclip, bit of toast etc.) may have fallen inside and is causing a problem. I seem to remember a similar thread a while back and when upended a biro top fell out of the printer and then it worked again.... DaveHappily retired and enjoying my 14th year of leisureI am cleverly disguised as a responsible adult.Bring me sunshine in your smile0

Jeez I hope the wizards at the "tech support " teams dont read this post as they will be making us all do this as well as the standard cure all of "first of all turn it off and on again" remedy0
