I am. I was going to send a letter back stating the WH have failed in their duty and I will not be paying the invoice and will find any following letters on the matter from yourselves or parties instructed to act on your behalf and harassment.
I also got this response from the ISPADear Mr ******,
Thank you for your email which went to an old email address rather than the current address available through our website which is the one from which I am replying.
You will also see on our website our current position with regard to issues raised about Wright Hassall. This states:
"ISPA is unable at present to look into complaints regarding Wright Hassall's administration of PoPLA.
ISPA does not have a direct arrangement with Wright Hassall. The appeals process is under a contract between Wright Hassall and the BPA, so ISPA does not have the powers to ensure it can carry out investigations and audits of cases dealt with by PoPLA operators.
ISPA continues to lobby for statutory regulation of this sector."
We have however noted your complaint and it will be reported to the Board and used to inform our annual report.
Kind regards
Christine Fraser

So, complaints to ISPA about WHOPLA farce 'decisions' are worth lodging even though we know ISPA have no remit over WH. The more complaints the better, as always.
That Annual Report should be interesting...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
