Have you been asked to provide a new password and security question recently when logging in.

It looks like they've updated the site in the last few weekd. It asked me for a new password but allowed me to reuse my existing one.0

It said they were updating security and I complied late last week.0

Yes - got an e-mail from them saying they are updating password security and when you log in after (I think) 20th May, you will be asked to update your password.0

Yes, had to update mine. Kept getting this message when I tried to update it as well.

I've just logged in to my account and never got asked to change the password. Maybe, because I only opened it a month ago, the new arrangements were already in place so I had to use them - but they hadn't started asking existing customers to change?0
