How do you mean "slowly blowing up"? It's been known for ages and the FCA are just working out the finer details.

Any PPI complaint which had a refund won't get any more, any PPI complaint which was rejected will only get a small amount if the commission was over 50%. Not going to be anything like PPI refunds if that's what you mean by "a lot of remediation[sic]"
