Marshalls one big disappointment
Has anyone else had problems with delivery from Marshall Seeds?
I ordered some Greenhouse Gro-beds on the 6 May - website states they will be sent out 15 May as they use Yodel thought I should check - no answer to my email the other day so went to ring them.
They have a 0844 number which when I check on here is a premium number so luckily find the 'say no' number.
I am told they are not coming out until mid June but took my money on the 6 May. I have cancelled my order. Annoyed as I could have bought something similar from another company.
This is the second time Marshalls have done this - wondering if this has happened to anyone else? or if you are thinking about buying from them check carefully when they are actually going to deliver.

I have had terrible experience with Marshalls as well, rather stupidly ordered strawberry plants without checking reviews. Placed order on 18th April, received dispatch email on 8th of May and still havn't received any plants. Contacted them through their website form didn't get any reply for a long time, then posted on their facebook page and eventually get an email reply advising me not to worry about strawberry plants because they are still dormant when packed and that I should receive plants in 5 to 7 working days. I still havnt recieved any plants 20 days after the dispatch email. If you look at their facebook page it is full of complaints from customers, wish I had read it before ordering from Marshalls.0

They are having a laugh. I have already had strawberries off the ones I brought at Lidl's in MarchDo you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0 -
It comforting to know I am not the only one. I have asked them to take me off their mailing list. Shall not be using them again.
