how long to wait for a CCA repsonse from a DCA

Yep, sit and wait. But if you were a DCA and being paid, would you be in a rush to do anything?
In my experience, stopping paying gets their attention.
A letter stating that no further payments until the CCA arrives would do the trick.
Obviously up to you how you play this.:beer:0 -
I would follow Happy_bunnys advice here, stopping payment would focus there minds, and let them know you are aware of your rights.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. well a little update - the 14 day chasing letter which I sent last thursday via 1st class signed for still hasnt got there......
So i went through the moorcroft website and uploaded the letter there.
Today Arrow Global wrote and acknowledged my request stating all collection activity will be suspended pending provision of the documentation.
This months DMP payment has already gone but if they don't provide then no more money for them, and hopefully I can negotiate a good settlement.
The original loan was from Sainsburys in 2008 so lets see what Arrow say !Debt free since Jan 2016
