Hi all,
I'm after some help regarding the above. I am declaring bankrupt next week and I'm filling out the forms today.
I am currently a student and receive the following in student finance
Child care grant
parental learner allowance
maintenance grant
adult dependants grant
Maintenance loan.
For the purpose of an IPA in bankruptcy all state benefits are excluded and untouchable by the or.
My question is are re are rent of the above classes as state benefits? They are rent re paid by the state through student finance England but aren't traditional benefits.
Any help greatly appreciated
