local council charge £60 for a ticket (after an incident) but reduced to £30 if paid in "x" days on "some of there off street car parks
HOWEVER
on several others they have chosen a PPC to act for them , charges are
£100 reduced to £60 if paid in "x" days , however , if the "x" is exceeded they then add on another £40 "for contacting the DVLA"
plain daylight robbery , any government (council) legislation to stop this?
signage clearly states "XXXX counsil" , and names the company and there £100 charge , until 2 weeks ago it even stated clamping!

FOI the contracts, they will say no, but complaints to the information commissioner soon gets them.I do Contracts, all day every day.0

basic contract is available (I have it) very very vague , does not even state authority to issue tickets or initiate court action
you will probably be getting bored , but this is yet another angle of attack on "trev"
I am adamant he will loose those contracts , hence looking for different attack points0
