Thoughts so far for meals for week:

    DINNER
mon - rice with sauce of "quorn" chicken/tomatoes/onion/red pepper/bit of pesto and salad of beansprouts/edamame/carrot

tues - tuna pasta bake and salad (as above)

wed - stirfry (prawns/beansprouts/mushrooms etc) with noodles

thur - pizza (using pitta bread as base) and salad of some sort

fri - couscous with sauce of dried beans/quark/tomatoes/owt else I fancy with it.

    LUNCHES
Not got into thinking about this much - so far:
    1. rice salad (rice/various seeds - pumpkin/sunflower/tomatoes)

    2. variation of Amish Cold Soup (ie slice of bread torn up, topped with soft fruit, topped with kefir and milk - all cold direct from fridge).
