Paypal Anti-Money Laundering search on my Noddle report

I've just applied for my Noddle report and it seems paypal did an Anti-Money Laundering search on me about 10 months ago.
I do remember getting an email regarding money going through my account (I was very into ebay selling for a time) and asking me to confirm who I am but at the time didn't realise that is what they were doing.
I'm just wondering if this search will look really bad too potential lenders even though nothing came of it?

No potential creditors will be able to see it, gambling websites do the same thing sometimes.0
