Best way to transfer all contacts, tasks, appointments from old phone to new phone?

Hi all, I have a Sony Ericsson w810i sat here, packed with contact information, tasks, notes, calendar events etc and really really don't want to have to key them all in on my new SE P1i.
Anyone know the best way of getting everything across, without the need to format things all over again?
I've noticed that the contacts on my SIM card appear on the new phone multiple times, one entry for each type of number (landline/mobile/fax etc).
Is there a way of moving the contacts over properly? I would imagine so, as they're both Sony Ericsson phones.
Please help!

Go with The Madmouse on this one, its easy to use. with the bluetooth you would need to have a dongle for the pc. else it is via the cable.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

On the W810i go into the address book, select options > advanced > send all contacts then choose either by infrared or bluetooth. Likewise within the calender you can send tasks etc. in the same way0

Thanks for that, however I've already tried connecting my old phone (w810i), but for some reason it's not recognised
I've now sent all my contact over to the other phone using Bluetooth, but there doesn't appear to be an option to send all Calendar entries in one whole block. If anyone knows how this can be done please give me a shout

OK, I've found a really nice bit of open source software called floAT's Mobile Agent 2 which has done the trick nicely.
It also have some funky bluetooth proximity features built in... worth a look
