Good to know that Not so Smart are keeping up the tradition of setting a poor standard and failing to maintain it.
Apart from insisting on issuing Popla codes for drivers who contracted by Asda to be on site - then failing to submit their evidence to Popla, they've now decided to start sending letters from DRP whilst the cases are still going through the Popla system.
Things must be starting to get desperate at their end.
