Sounds like you took it to Crapfit or National or similar...........
Worn brakes basically won't fail an MOT as long as they stop the car, which throws into doubt the suspension claims too.
Granted, some dealers do tend to "bodge" cars through the MOT, it's common practice, they know you wont find any faults until WAY after any warranty expires. Sometimes they don't even bother putting it up on a ramp, but to combat that you need to take it for a mock MOT with someone who has nothing to gain.
In this case, from your wording it sounds like you took it somewhere and they've done the scare tactics thing.
You need to be properly sure of the faults, give the dealer chance to fix them and if they do not then you'd be claiming it's not fit for purpose under SOGA.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Get the dealer to sort the A/C.
How much MOT was left on the car when you bought it? Suspension may or may not have been leaking at the time of purchase, but as its only been 2 months, you can ask them to sort it.
Brakes are scored......are they actually defective? If they did not fail the MOT on the brakes then I suspect they are working fine, just worn."Dream World" by The B Sharps....describes a lot of the posts in the Loans and Mortgage sections !!!0 -

2 weeks not 2 months the OP's had the car.10 months MOT.
So it was MOT'd 10 or 12 weeks ago, were there any advisories at that time?0
