Hi and thanks for reading and hope you can help??
My daughter has just passed her test and went to collect her sister from the cinema at Freemans common Leicester.
She sat in the car for 10 mins (well 10mins 29 secs to be precise) waiting for her sister and then left after collecting her.
I have received a pcn notice today with all the photographic evidence and asking for £100 or £60 if I pay within 14 days.
To be honest its gone in a junk mail pile and the 14th day is this Friday 29th.
Unfortunately the cinema ticket was paid for in cash so I don't have any evidence!
Any help would be great appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Paul.

just read and follow the NEWBIES sticky thread you seem to have missed
the RK needs to appeal using post #1 template, then if they dont cancel its a popla appeal
people need to realise you cannot just "park up" on private land anymore, no without consequences , especially with ANPR cameras about0
