Issues with Experian

I have the following issues:
1. Old Lloyds Default, sold to Lowell but both showing on my report. It is for the SAME debt and information is exactly the same. surely the Lloyds one should go as they sold it to Lowell? Experian say this is normal to still show both.
2. Satisfaction defaults show still as default with £0 balance. Again, should not they now show as satisfied? Experian say they do but they do NOT when I look at my report.
I have tried numerous time to get answers to this but they fob me off.

1. It is normal nowadays, as long as it's clear it's the same debt and the old entry is marked as settled with zero balance.

2. Would normally still say an 8 with £0 balance on the status history, even when satisfied. Just how Experian show things. If you are not sure, post up a screen-shot/scan of the entry so we can take a look.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
