Hi all me and my wife decided to sell up and move home after some heartache over a dispute on boundaries etc.. plus the house is my wifes so we would like to buy together so we went ahead popped it in market with the estate agent told him our dispute problem we had an he advised as the matter was resolved an not ongoing that we dont mention to the buyers and if it pops up on solicitors forms just filled it out then we took this advice and after a day of been on the market we sold our house we never thought we would sell that quick a house 4 doors down sold 2 week prior to us and the lady missed out on that property so viewed ours and loved made an offer an said basically how much to take it off market we had it up at 105k we got 106k we are over moon now we have to fill all necessary forms it out it asks about disputes etc we have filled it out worded it best we can now we are a little frighened it may fall through due to this previous dispute we had but amicably sorted the problem with the neighbour i feel the buyer really loves the house an this wont put her off the wifes not so sure though ps we have had an offer accpeted on our new property too basically we had a boundray dispute that went to court the neighbour backed down befor it actually went in it was to claim back what they had taken from us and we got it back as she saw sence and it was all signed and sealed by both parties that boundaries stay as they are deeds etc are fine apart from this the neighbours are fine to live with we feel maybe w should have said prior to this but took the advice from estate agent as wasent sure how to deal with the matter. My apologies on my grammar/spelling any advice would be much welcomed many thanks

You will need to declare the dispute on the seller's property information form.
Based on what you say, I would tick 'Yes' to the disputes question, and just write something like "There was a boundary dispute with a neighbour, but this is now fully resolved. There is no ongoing dispute."0 -
Thanks for your reply buddy we have written similar to what you suggested, the lady is smitten with the house not a negative word said on the place loved it first thing next morning an offer had been placed of 100k we then said we will hang on as other interested parties she no sooner called back an said how much to take it off the market we said asking price 105k the agent said no 106k she's keen she gladly accepted an wanted to proceed quickly you feel this little dispute will be nothing to worry about considering how much she wants the place0

Until you add a few full stops into your post im out as it is almost impossble to read especially as you have also not put in any paragraph breaks to separate out the various ponts many of which are irrelevant which makes it really hard to distinguish the fluff from the trash or should that be the whaeat and chaff what exactly is chaff anyway i don;t think ive ever know but thats beside the point what i mean is that reading a wadge of text is really hard and even harder if its all in one long uninterrupted sentence is anyone actually still reading this garbage or shall i stop cos i'm even getting on my own nerves now but then again i do that quite a lot must stop spending so much time talking then i might find the conversation more interesting when i do speak aaaaaghh!
(oops i put punctuation at the end of that)0 -
Well I ran out of breath reading, but yes it looks as if it has been resolved so there isn't a continuing dispute, so all should be fine.0
