Moving overseas - shall I use an online agent?

Hi,
I'm moving abroad for a new job and letting my flat in London out when I'm away. Had consent to let from bank and freeholder, register tenant with concierge, bought rent guarantee and legal cost insurance, bought landlord plumbing and electrical cover. Now, I'm contemplating whether to appoint an agent as an emergency contact for the tenant though I've had most of that covered. Quotes from high street agents were exorbitant and they wanted to get a slice even though they had nothing to do with securing the tenancy plus will charge admin and disbursement in connection with their management service. So, I'm contemplating two options 1) do not appoint anyone and deal with it myself (which may mean that I allow tenant to appoint repairs when I'm away) or 2) use an online agent which has a lower fee and no fee in relation potential future sale.
Would be grateful to hear your thoughts and advice. If anyone has used an online agent for letting services, please share the experience and name. Thanks.
