Bank of Scotland - DHP Insurance Policy

I recently made PPI complaints to the Bank of Scotland, whilst investigating my complaints they also found that I had paid Domestic Helpline Insurance (DHP) , this was not listed ion my complaints as I did not know that I had it. They have just sent a cheque for £259,87. Well done Bank of Scotland for being so thorough and upfront!
