These are the official rules of the Funkin Cocktails (Sign up to Funkin Cocktails to win £250 cocktails voucher and £250 to spend on a cocktail party dress) prize draw and may be amended or updated by Funkin Ltd at any time.

1. No Purchase Required to Enter or Win the Contest ("the Contest").
   No purchase is required to enter the Contest. By entering the Contest, individual contestants ("Entrants") accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules which may be varied by the Sponsor from time to time.
2. Who is eligible?
   The Contest is open only to residents in the UK to these Official Rules who are over 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or of other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, as well as the immediate family (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
3. Who is sponsoring the Contest?
   The Contest is sponsored by Funkin Ltd, whose registered office is Funkin Ltd. 122 Arlington Rd, London, NW1 7HP ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time and, in the event of cancellation, substitute another in its place. The information you provide to the Sponsor will only be used for the purposes of the Contest.
4. How do I enter?
   The Contest will begin on May 21st 2015 to June 21st 2015, when all entries must be received ("Entry Period"). The entry will be submitted by visiting during the Entry Period and following the instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit: one entry per person and one entry per e-mail address during the Entry Period. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries will become the property of the Sponsor. They will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or illegible entry forms, or for any computer-related, online or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries are void if they are in whole or in part illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, or obtained through theft or fraud. By entering you agree to be bound to these Official Rules. All entrant information, including e-mail addresses, is subject to the Privacy Policy of the Sponsor.
5. How will the winner be selected?
   Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about (the "Drawing Date"). On or about the Drawing Date, the potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at Sponsor's discretion. If a potential winner does not respond to the notification attempt within thirty (30) days from the first notification attempt, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. With respect to notification by telephone, such notification will be deemed given when the potential winner engages a live conversation with the Sponsor or when a message is left on the potential winner's voicemail service or answering machine by the Sponsor, whichever occurs first. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors, advertising and Contest agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and their respective agents will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner. If there is one entry in the Contest, then such entry will be considered potential winner. In the event that no entries are received, no winner will be selected and therefore no prize will be awarded. All decisions on all matters pertaining to the Contest are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. What can I win?
   There will be one winner. The prize entitles the winner to £250 voucher to spend on https://www.funkincocktails.co.uk and £250 voucher to spend at an online clothing retailer of their choice, the value will remain but the items applicable are subject to change. The prize may not be returned or exchanged for any monetary value or gift vouchers. The prize must be spent in a single transaction and used within three months from date of receipt. No additional voucher codes or cash value shall be offered if the prize is not used in a single transaction. If a winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, or fails to abide by the Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed.
7. What other terms should I be aware of?
   By participating the Contest, Entrants agree to be bound to these Official Rules and the determinations of the Sponsor, which shall be final. Any violation of the Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Sponsor has no obligation to notify violators of their disqualification. The Contest is subject to all country and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. To the extent permitted by law by participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, or other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited, to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors, (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mails; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of the entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize. To the extent permitted by law and with the exception of liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties, Entrants further agree that in any cause of action (i) in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for legal fees and (ii) Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever that may arise in connections with these Official Rules or Entrant's participation in the Contest. In order to participate in the Contest, Entrants will be required to supply certain information about themselves on the Contest entry page. The Sponsor has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in the Contest. This information will be used by Funkin Ltd staff for the purposes of administering the Contest. All personal information provided by the Entrant will be subject to the Privacy Policy of the Sponsor.
8. How can I find out who won?
   The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone at Sponsor's discretion. For a list of winners please send a stamped envelope to Funkin Ltd.
