Lloyds phoned to 'review' PPI claim they denied in 2012!

Hi everyone,
Out of the blue I had a phonecall from Lloyds PPI review team. They said it was regarding a PPI claim I made in 2012 on a credit card I had in 1999.
I didnt have any paperwork at the time and they ended up denying my claim saying I did not have PPI.
Well the lady on the phone told me I did have PPI and they took all the info again to fill in the claim form.
Can anyone tell me are these reviews generally successful?? and how long do they take the second time around??
I am hopeful!
Thanks.

Some are. Some are not. It all depends on your reasons for complaint and the available evidence to support that along with records they have.and how long do they take the second time around??
