the OP should also bear in mind that advice on here is free, so if they want bespoke advice then its my opinion that the person wanting that tailored advice should pay for it, or accept what has been said on here for free

it should be noted however, that due to the Beavis case we dont necessarily know what constitutes a good popla appeal at the moment

but parking prankster sums it up quite well in his recent blog about popla decisions and any changes due to the Beavis case

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/

the points are numbered and made simple, his explanation also rings true, so any popla appeal should be based on those issues

so , no contract , poor signage , not a gpeol do feature, but popla themselves are saying that if an assessor cannot come to a decision other than based on the Beavis decision, then it will be deferred until after the S.C. decision

therefore, anyone really wanting clarification about popla appeals should come back in 18 months time when we know the answers a lot better than at present ;)

Fair enough, I know no one can expect to get a 100% positive result.

    Thanks for all the reply.

Shall report back once result is out.:money:
