Best camera on an android mobile phone?

OH has a Galaxy S3 about to be replaced. Needs newAndroid phone with a good camera. (Is very satisfied with the camera on the S3.) Takes ad-hoc photos indoors in low light and posts them on his website, so needs camera which can adjust quickly to those conditions.

Recommendations?

The LG G4 and Samsung Galaxy S6 have been commended for the cameras from the reviews I've seen online.

I believe the S6's camera either launches or takes photos in 0.7 seconds.

The TL;DR version is that they rated the camera of the Sony Xperia Z3 as the best on Android phones. However, the article doesn't include the Galaxy S6 or LG G4.

There is a Sony Xperia Z4 that is currently only available in Japan. It is rumoured, although not yet confirmed I believe, that a Sony Xperia Z3+ will be released in the UK.

The techradar does not include the Galaxy S6. It also puts the iPhone 6 up against older tech in order to make the iPhone look better.

Also, if looking at a Sony Xperia be aware that there are several model numbers and some have really dire cameras on them.

I have the Samsung S6 and is a really good camera on the phone, battery life is a bit useless but it is the price you pay for a newer model with lots of functions I suppose.

If you don't mind windows mobile, there are some belting cameras on the Nokia's
