Can private sellers add a holiday notice to cover all listings?

Hi all - Can anyone tell me if I can, as a private seller, add a note to cover all listings to say that I'll be on holiday and the date that I will be able to post any parcels on my return. Very time consuming to edit each individual listing. Some of the items I relisted for 30 days and forgot that I would be away when they were ending and some are Buy it Now. Hope I can do this. Thanks for any advice.

Personally I'd pull any listings now, even if you do add messages buyers rarely bother reading them and you could face some real issues.
One of the reasons I have a shop is purely because I can actually turn off all my BIN listings whenever I want and no one can buy them and wreck my stats.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Do you have to be a business seller to have a shop?Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

Nope, private sellers can have a shop as well. There are differences between a private and a business shop but both are the same cost monthly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks soolin. I thought that I might do that but just wondered about adding about being away just now. I have seen that on listings before and been quite happy to wait for my item but not everyone is. I'll take your advice then I don't need to worry about it when I'm away. Much appreciated!

Is there a quick way to remove ALL my listings from EBay or do I have to go through and get the ID number of each one and remove them individually? I've got over 80 so that will take a long time so just wondered if there is a quicker way."For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."0

Just choose to list your items for sale
click drop down and choose to end listing on each one in the listIs there a quick way to remove ALL my listings from EBay or do I have to go through and get the ID number of each one and remove them individually? I once tried to do something like what you what were considering and it was not successful as people mark you for promptness of posting no matter what you put in your listing.0 -

Thanks for that. Just had a look and 'End' is under Action so I'd just tick each one and then End in one fell swoop? I've been using EBay for many years now and it's strange, but I think you just get used to the way you use it as I've never noticed some of those choices. Either that or EBay has changed over the years. I'll try that when I need to end my items. That's going to save me a massive amount of time! Many thanks for your help.

Never tried it, but doesn't the "Hide and block purchases for my fixed price listings" option work instead of pulling the listings?0
