Me and my partner are thinking of buying a 1 bedroom flat we are starting to save currently have 5,000 between us. He has excellent credit rating I however dont we both earn around 24,000 each
Couple of questions
Will we be able to get a mortgage
How much deposit do we need
What other costs Are involved and how much are they likely to cost
We are aiming to have 20000 deposit in the next 1 to 2 years x
