Amazon vouchers

I was promised £10 Amazon Voucher & £70 Pockit credit card for buying L&G Home insurance through the MSE web site more than 3 months ago. I got the Pockit credit card but not the £10 Amazon voucher. Have made several email enquiries to MSE but have had no responses. Anyone have similar problem and if so how did you get a result?
