Recently i purchased a family tickets and they made a mistake on my dates and name. I called them after number of times managed to contact and they asked me to send passport copies and they didn't come back for two weeks. I spoke to airlines they said the changes cannot be done and i need to rebook the tickets. But Budgetair asked me to pay £150 for each cancelling tickets.

I had never heard of them until now but they are based in the Netherlands, not the UK.

Are you sure the mistake was all on their part? Your post is very difficult to understand, has their been a breakdown in translation? Did you book online or over the phone?

English isn't truthman's first language, so the airline could have misunderstood what they were asked or supposed to do. But if the airline were in any doubt about the details they should have double checked.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

I use my mobile to type and shorten my sentence. I will try to use computer to explain bit more in the future. I am thinking too much ahead. I will slow it down to make it understandable in the future. Now will talk about the matter not the English.

If you don't understand any of my sentence pm me, i will correct it or explain to you. Don't make any fuss over here please.

Why some of you here trying to identify someone is English or not. Is this way you talk always? Whenever i post something some people here talk about he is not English, not intelligent, he can't send a rocket to the space, can't go to the moon, can't fly, can't explain as it suppose to be explained in my way. I keep hearing these. Not sure, what's the problem with my English or something else. Now i am typing from my pc, tell me what you don't understand here. I will see from your view and correct it.

Well you could start by answering tomtontom's questions.

Can you prove the dates and names that you used for the bookings?

Are the tickets you have booked amendable?

There are probably people better able to deal with airline booking problems on the Flights board, and this thread may give you some clues in the meantime.

Whilst spelling is not usually important, it can help when posting the names of websites.

    • You state "they made a mistake on my dates and name" Can you prove the dates and names that you used for the bookings?
    • How did you book? Telephone, letter, web email?
    • Are the tickets you have booked amendable?

You state "£150" but I understand that the usual charge is £105.

The airline does charge £50 to amend a ticket; the extra £55 is levied by BudgetAir, part of Dutch travel agency Travix, for submitting the changes

They charge penalty £40 to £100 depends which airlines you travel for airlines penalty and their penalty admin charge which is £55 and will arrive in 12 weeks. If you don't have money to book for other tickets then that's it. No more booking for 3 months.
