Can FreeView channels be viewed with a PCTV RAVE tv card?

If using one of these PCTV RAVE tv cards in conjunction with a desktop TFT monitor can freeview channels be viewed?

Or would a freeview box be required for freeview channels?

Also, if using this card does that mean I'm receiving the tv signal via analogue (tv aerial) or are tv channels received over the internet?
