Ground rent, service charge, any pending big repairs/maintenance ? also check for any conditions i.e you must live there for x years

Go through the management company account to make sure there's a sink fund for paying for items like a new roof, or having security measures fitted, or any other large expenditures looming. Check the lease length if it's leasehold, check for insulation, repairs to windows, doors, check the internals, like plumbing, if it has central heating or a boiler, do they have a service contract.

There's plenty others that are up for sale so i'd go in looking at around £15k offer. See what they say. The fact your a cash buyer and you don't have to go through a mortgage process will appeal to them, tbh i'm not even sure if you can get mortgages for that amount though
Very much depends on their circumstances as to whether they'll accept but looks as though it's empty so they might just want rid of it etc.0 -
