Time for cement dry mix to set?

I laid some paving slabs on Saturday using a 7:1(ish) ratio sand:cement for a wooden shed base.
Thoughts on how long it would take to set? As it's Bank Hol I have access to an additional pair of hands to help construct the shed...
Otherwise it'll be doing a 2 man job on my own later this week.
Do I risk it?!

Got for it - you can walk on a fully wet laid contruction after 24hrs, so a dry mix will be no problem - just avoid stepping on the edges/perimeter.
