I was given the ccj in 2012 but knew nothing about it going to court as i moved address and put my head in the sand regards the debt, stupidly i know... Well i have one but 3 years later nothing has happened, no letter, no contact. What are my options please..?
I have no idea who the debt is with now or previous to the judgment.

Well find out who its with, ask the court.0

It can be enforced at any time - don't assume it won't be. The court can indeed tell you who it is with, but I do not understand how you can know you have a CCJ but not who obtained it? How do you know about the CCJ in the first place? The same source may tell you who it is with.0

I found out the Noddle but there is no info other that the date it was issued and the court...0

Then you'll mostly likely be listed on GAIN (Gone Away Information Network). What is GAIN?
The Gone Away Information Network (GAIN) is a network and database used by banks & financial institutions to notify each other about people who have moved without paying debts. These people are often known as ‘gone-aways’
If you appear on this database, banks and financial institutions who are a member of the GAIN may be less likely to lend you money, as they will have a record that you have debts you haven’t paid back in the past.
You credit records may well be monitored for changes. Enabling DCA's to chase the outstanding debt.0 -
If you have been on a Credit reference agency and entered some new details, a debt collector will be in touch very soon.I do Contracts, all day every day.0

I used experian for a full year back in 2013, and found Noddle and started using them early this year so they dont appear to be in any rush....0 -
Hi
There may be more information on the CCJ on the Trust Online website, and the court should be able to give you more information if you give them your details.
www.trustonline.org.uk
Your options for dealing with the CCJ are to either ignore it, start paying it, or apply to set aside if you dispute that you are liable.
If you ignore it you risk the potential for enforcement action while you’re in default of the order by not paying it.
If you want to start paying it you should apply to the court to vary the order to affordable instalments on court form N245 and a fee of £50.
If you want to challenge liability and set aside it’s generally a good idea to seek legal advice first.
