How do you BT out of ICICI Credit Card?
Comments

You should spend some time on the credit card board, and especially the stoozing sub-board. However, any MBNA card, or the Egg Card, should satisfy your requirements.Sexy_Sarah wrote: »or there's some other way of doing it, please let me know.
I think you are.I think there's more people with an ICICI Bank credit card than are letting on, as Martin used to push it big time. Maybe I'm wrong.
The first 4 (or is it 6?) numbers of the 16 digit card number, which identifies the provider. I wonder if the ICICI card is classed as a 'non-UK' card, hence your problems. Please can you explain the term BIN? Is that the number that isn't on the system?
Finally, I think we should halt this thread here (or at least get it moved) because, after all, we're on the S&I board.0 -

I am afraid as I follow this chain of posts (some of them admittedly too long and boring), it is clearly you who have crossed the line and been downright rude to Sunil, who right from the beginning has been trying to be helpful though you may think otherwise. My observations on your posts in this chain:
1. First of all, suggest you cool down and have a read of the entire chain from post #1 of this chain. Look at your post #5 on 11-08-2007, 1:17 PM which is when you first respond rather ungratefully to someone trying to help.
2. You say that these days, you so often find people post extremely unhelpful comments. Now, that is not a great compliment to give to a group of people whom you are approaching for assistance, is it?
3. Who are you to act as a filter, asking people to stop posting on this forum? If you don't find a post helpful for whatever reason, just say thanks but that doesn't answer your question and move on to ask for someone else to help!!! What gives you the right to insult someone who's tried to assist?
4. You seem to be full of yourself frankly, bent on establishing that you know the stoozing system inside out... well then, good for you, but surely, you expect somebody out there to know more than you, which is why you have asked for help in the first place?
5. You accused Sunil of editing one of his posts, yet when you came to know that there is an audit trail whenever a post is edited, I didn't see much of an apology for your allegation... surely one was called for, I thought...
You may want to now get into a rant about me not having told you anything useful about your post or answered your question in the first place, but I think if you take this feedback (which I doubt you will, given your past altercations), you will find it easier to find the answers that you are looking for, with the assistance of others on this forum..
Cheers

Are you one of those people now?Sexy_Sarah wrote: »I was one of the founders of this site, like you, and I stopped posting once it started growing and people got arrogant in their posts
That is NOT intended to sound as racist! Its because of your "grammar" (their staff do not understand basic English) comments at their staff and pouncing over sunil. Oh and they ARE recognised by AND regulated by the UK Financial peopleSexy_Sarah wrote: »"I am not one of them" says "i think you got some vendetta against the indians"... If that's not calling me racist using different words, I don't know what is?
Read in the context of my statement "Probably things are not always what they seem to be and i dont think you are a sexy person as well." and it was meant to be taken as an idiom!Sexy_Sarah wrote: »"i dont think you are a sexy person". What a ridiculous statement to type on a Financial messageboard!
Let other people be the judge of that!Sexy_Sarah wrote: »I haven't done anything wrong,..
Is this an Q&A session? Even the members of the parliament dont answer to a question straightaway. Anyways, i think you been long gone since starting the site and its pretty much changed. This is now a community and not just a "Computer, give me an answer now!" kinda thingy. People do interact a lot and try to help as much as they can. EVen if they dont have a clue what you are on about, they still give their support. And i dont think you deserve that!Sexy_Sarah wrote: »Let me give you a hint. When you reply to a post, read it first, then, if you know the answer, post the answer, don't post things that the person asking the question already knows..
I understand how frustrating it can be sometimes when you are having problems. But venting your anger against your fellow members isnt going to solve anything.
This thread is now unOfficialy closed, unless someone has (ONLY) helpful comments that can help the OP and which the OP didn't know already!!!I had one and I lost it..

God I think you should all get out more if all you can do is tell me how to behave! And still there's only 1 person who's posted on here with anything that resembles answering my question... HOW TO BT OUT OF ICICI...
I wish you all luck.0
