I have known people who swear by the book and have stopped smoking never looking back. For a few it did not work but it helped more than it didn't. This is my personal observations of work colleagues (before my retiring) and friends over the years. Always worth a try especially if you can get it from the library or second hand.
Good luck.
P.S. On re-reading your post I had no idea he had written a book about debt. Apologies."Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety". - Benjamin Franklin0 -
I've not read it, but I'm certainly going to look into it. I used his stop smoking book and haven't touched a cigarette for almost 11yrs.:T Weight Loss (Start Weight 14st 12lb): 5/24 lbs :T

Didnt realise that he wrote a debt book too!
I read his stop smoking book in August 2010 and gave up smoking straight away without any cravings at all.
So maybe it would be worth a try?0 -
Thanks everyone, I am going to get it on kindle will let you no how I get on and what its like. He seems to have lots of "easy ways" books now so not convinced but for a fiver not a lot to lose. Live in a village would cost me more to get bus to library so not a option.8 Debts £25000ish:(
