A&L additional £50 to be had, possible charity donation

I have recently opened an A&L current account. I went into a branch today and found a voucher where A&L was giving £50 to any current customer who recommended someone else as well. A prime opportunity for Money Savers to work together and split the extra £50. Then I started thinking how many people had opened accounts because of MSE Martins recommendation and couldn't he somehow collate these get £50 for each account and donate the money to charity!!
