Parking Eye - can't find reference number letter

Hi, I've had a letter from them but wasn't driving at the time. I can't find the letter so can't appeal via their website as it matches the ref.no. to the reg.no, so doesn't accept a random string of digits just to state that I can't find the letter!
Does anyone know of an email address to contact them on, please? I don't want to phone their number and speak to a call centre agent who'll talk down to me. Thanks.

In the end, I found one of the letters, told them via the website, that I was not the driver (so that was the appeal, I guess, as I included the ref.no from the letter I could find) and they sent copies of the original letters with a reply that basically said "Tough, we don't care" and details of how to pay, which I won't be doing. Do I still put in a separate appeal for both ref.nos, just to make it clear?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
