    The trouble is with sites like that they rely on people making connections with others with people in the same trees.

    OP - What you need to do is find the setting for photos and make those private, this may involve logging out, clearing cookies and logging in again.

    could this be something to do with stored cacche on the computer allowing you to see the photos like you do because you have stored info on your computer e.g temp files or cookies as an example?

    So while you can see them it might be someone else from a different computer can't?

    They are American based, the ICO has no jurisdiction in the US so could be waste of time

    I am a volunteer teaching genealogy at local Age Concern, my advice would be remove them from the site, and use your own computer, plus a back up memory to store FH information

    Tronator, please re read what I said and the link I posted.

    The ICO expect you to have contacted the website AND given them time to sort the problem, something from last week is too soon to be bothering the ICO. (who can do nowt about it anway :) )
