I have just found out my dad left me all his stocks and shares. My step mother was in charge of giving out everything in dads will, along with other members of her family. She made no mention of this to me,

Have you got a copy of the will so you know exactly what it says?

I'd add to that, by enclosing a copy of you will you have - with the relevant parts highlighted - so she knows you know! She then has to send you a copy of a different later will, of deal with the shares for you - either be sold or transferred.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

The copy i have is the one my step mother sent to the high court of justice 3months after my dad died, at which time she was still in contact with me!0

I am 44! No part of the will stated an age, one part said sale of estate was to be kept in trust for me, again no age stated0
