Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop on W7. Yesterday a popup appeared for a fraction of a second. The only word i managed to read was "Touchpad" then the popup disappeared.
The cursor was on screen but did not respond
Eventually I dug out an old wired mouse, it works!
I went to control panel-mouse-synaptics touchpad-settings.
Found touchpad was enabled.
Disabled touchpad then enabled it, no luck.
Went to system restore and restored back a few days, still no luck.

That exhausted my technical abilities, can anyone help please?
I am not a cat (But my friend is)
