Macdonald hotels using clubcard vouchers

I have £40 of Tesco vouchers and was thinking about ordering Macdonald hotel vouchers (£110) in order to have two nights away in August.

Looking at some of the older reviews, it looks like they have a 'special' rate for those using clubcard vouchers...as in more expensive than on their website...does anyone know if this is still the case? And also are they very flexible on dates/hotels? I'm looking at booking a hotel in Shropshire which will come to around £250 looking at their website but it won't be quite as good if the rate is increased!
